Terrariums are glass containers designed to grow small plants while creating a controlled, self-contained environment. The plants we typically use for terrariums are species that enjoy warm, humid conditions—most commonly tropical plants. Succulents can be used in open terrariums, but they generally prefer drier environments rather than the high humidity of closed terrariums. i) Succulents We offer many species to choose from. Poinsettias A holiday favourite, poinsettias are among the most popular indoor plants of the Christmas season. With over 100 varieties available, they range from the classic vibrant red to unique variegated pinks and other festive colours. The striking “blooms” you see are actually bracts—modified leaves—while the true flowers are the small yellow centres, called cyathia.
