A common herb used in many culinary dishes, including many traditional Italian dishes. Will grow to be about 15 cm tall and will regrow when it is cut back and harvested.
How To Grow
Prefers full sun, however, it can do poorly in extreme heat. May be best to plant in a location that gets early morning sun, and then shade in the hottest part of the afternoon. Needs well-drained soil and does best when grown in soil with high levels of organic matter/compost. Allow the soil to dry between waterings, to prevent over-watering. If the plant starts to flower, be sure to pinch it off to encourage further leaf growth.
