Zanzibar Gem (ZZ Plant)

Zamioculcas zamiifolia, also known as a ZZ Plant.

Description
Popular houseplant for its low-maintenance growing conditions and deep green colouration. Foliage is shiny, wide, up-shooting, and oval in shape. Slow-growing, annual is known for its vigorous growth and attractive purple foliage. It has tiny pink flowers on somewhat fragile stems, which can be cut back after blooming to encourage better growth and a compact form.

Care Overview
Full sun to part shade. Best with indirect light. Very drought tolerant, allow soil to dry completely between watering. 

Note: Toxic to animals and people when consumed. However, can be used to purify air and absorb dioxide / formaldehyde compounds.
