4" Caralluma caudata
Also known as Orbea speciosa
This succulent prefers partial shade and protection from intense afternoon sun in the hotter months, which makes it an ideal house plant. It can produce beautiful star-shaped flowers in late summer and fall. The small spike-like leaves also add an interesting texture to any succulent pot arrangement.
How To Care For
Requires a few hours of direct morning sunlight, but prefers to be shaded from the intense heat of the afternoon sun. Will do well in a west or east facing window. Plant in a well draining soil. Water evenly, and wait for the soil to dry out between waterings. Do not overwater.
