Maianthemum racemosum. Large, variegated leaves fan outwards from a single stem, groupings of tall stems can add vertical interest to garden beds. Soft spikes of delicate white blooms last for about 3 weeks in the summer.
Partial to full shade. Prefers moist, well drained soil but can tolerate drier or rocky conditions once established.
Begins to flower in late spring to early summer, followed by red berries in the fall.
Singular stems can get 90 cm tall
New stems will come up and spread out every year
